Delivered work

What we have installed, and what is still running

Not illustrative scenarios: these are projects we designed, supplied, installed and still support. A customer is named only where that customer has agreed to be — everywhere else the page describes the kind of site and the work, and nothing that identifies them.

  • 2024-2025 · The Excise Department

Oil Movement Monitoring and Control Center

    A monitoring and control room

Design and construction of a center for monitoring and controlling oil receipt and dispatch, with the IT and server infrastructure behind the control system installed alongside it. The SCADA system we developed monitors and operates valves and reads tank pressure and level in real time, reporting centrally onto the video wall.

  • 2019 – ongoing · PEA ENCOM International

Solar Energy Monitoring and Billing System

    A rooftop solar PPA programme

Two cloud web applications for PEA ENCOM's rooftop solar PPA programme — one tracking generation at every site in real time, the other billing for the energy produced. The programme the system serves is aimed at 300 sites and has around 75 MW installed so far.

  • 2022-2025 · Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA)

Distribution Transformer Monitoring System (DTMS), 560 units in two phases

    A nationwide electricity distribution network

Five hundred and sixty transformer monitoring units, delivered in two phases — 200 in 2022-2023, then a further 360 in 2024-2025. We designed the board and the gateway, built them into the enclosures, installed them on the poles, and wrote the monitoring system they report to. Each unit measures voltage, current, power and oil temperature at the transformer itself and sends it over NB-IoT to the dashboard, so load and condition can be seen for every unit from one place rather than discovered when one fails.

  • 2016-2024 · The Excise Department

Fuel movement control system maintenance, and flow meter / ATG installation nationwide

Fuel depots and industrial plants nationwide

Eight consecutive years as a contractor to the Excise Department — fifteen contracts, 280 million baht in total. Maintenance of the department's fuel movement control system, and installation of automatic flow meters and tank gauging at fuel depots and industrial plants across the country. Regulation requires those readings to reach the department's information centre directly rather than on paper, so they can be checked against tax filings and matched against transport tracking — which is what closes the gap fuel smuggling runs through.
